Best diet plan to lose weight 


Early morning 6:00 am 


1 glass of  date milkshake or hot water or lemon water or 1 cup of herbal tea  or  almond milkshake 

Breakfast at 8:00 am 




2 Eggs done how you like and  spinach  and 100g of berries or oats in regular size of bowl.


At 10:00 am

 Berries or melons or grapes 

melons and grapes are almost full of water





Lunch between 12:00 to 14:00

200g of boiled rice +  1 cup of lentils or soup of your choice 

you can also have 2 roti's  if not having rice.



At 16:00 snack 


fruits smoothies 


Dinner before 19:00 

having dinner before 07:00 pm its help you to go to the bed for sleep  with light bally and will make you hungry  in the early morning

    Just you cut out fast food and soda and start doing daily three-mile walks in your town.
    You have to be able honest with yourself: Find out what your problems are, and what hurts you the most about yourself. If you want to fix it, you have to just do it. Take the steps - even if they're baby steps.
