Best diet plan to lose weight
Early morning 6:00 am
1 glass of date milkshake or hot water or lemon water or 1 cup of herbal tea or almond milkshake
Breakfast at 8:00 am
2 Eggs done how you like and spinach and 100g of berries or oats in regular size of bowl.
At 10:00 am
Berries or melons or grapes
melons and grapes are almost full of water
Lunch between 12:00 to 14:00
200g of boiled rice + 1 cup of lentils or soup of your choice

ReplyDeleteJust you cut out fast food and soda and start doing daily three-mile walks in your town.
You have to be able honest with yourself: Find out what your problems are, and what hurts you the most about yourself. If you want to fix it, you have to just do it. Take the steps - even if they're baby steps.
